Niklas Wingborg is currently the Deputy Research Director at FOI, where they focus on propellant research and development, green propellants, and rocket technology. Prior to this role, they served as Deputy Research Director at the Swedish Defence Research Agency and worked as a Scientist at the National Defence Research Establishment. Over the years, Niklas has also held positions as a Senior Scientist and System Engineer, and acted as National Contact Point for various EU thematic priorities. They hold a Licentiate of Engineering in Polymer Technology and a Master of Science in Materials Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
