Len Waldron is an executive and leader in the financial services and banking industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk at FNZ Group, they have previously held prominent roles at Morgan Stanley, including Executive Director and Senior Lending Advisor, as well as serving as a Vice President in various risk management capacities. Len's extensive background includes working on complex structured loans, securities-based lending, and managing financial risks across multiple dimensions. They are a former United States Army officer and hold multiple FINRA licenses. Len is also pursuing further education at Harvard Business School through the Program for Leadership Development.
