Shireen Crosson is the Head of HR at the Retail Support Centre for FNB South Africa, a position held since 2012. Prior to this role, Shireen led Corporate Services at the Department of Public Enterprises from 2004 to 2012 and worked as an HR Consultant at Microsoft South Africa from 2003 to 2004. Shireen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, earned between 1988 and 1990, and completed Matric at Bechet Senior Secondary from 1983 to 1987.
