Jocelyn Duff is the SVP of Operations Support at flydubai, where they contribute significant expertise in airline operations. Previously, they held various roles in operations management at XL Airways and JMC Airlines, showcasing their ability to efficiently supervise flight programs and manage aircraft resources. Jocelyn also played a key role in establishing the Network Control Centre at flydubai during its startup phase. They earned a BA (Hons) in Travel & Tourism Management from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.
