Tracy Mao is a Senior Project Control Specialist with over 30 years of experience in project controls and estimating across various sectors, including chemical plants, pharmaceutical facilities, and thermal power plants. Currently, Tracy is employed at Fluor (China) Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd., where they have worked since 2002, managing cost control systems and project status reports for numerous major projects. Prior to this, Tracy held a position as Project Controls / Cost Control Lead at Bechtel China Inc. from 1994 to 2001 and served as an estimator at Anshan Metallurgical Industry Design and Research Institute from 1985 to 1994.
