Sophia Tibbott is a Piping Design Engineer at Fluor Corporation, where they contribute to engineering projects since 2024. Previously, Sophia gained valuable experience as a Piping Engineer at Jacobs from 2021 to 2024, where they worked on various engineering tasks, including problem-solving and designing pipe routing. Sophia also held leadership roles at Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority, serving as Vice President and Philanthropy Chairperson in 2019, where they developed strong teamwork and fundraising skills. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Central Michigan University in 2021 and started their career with internships at Exelon Nuclear, where they focused on design engineering and system engineering. Sophia began their professional journey as a lifeguard at Morris City Pool from 2014 to 2017.
