Daniela Musalem Yanine is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR Business Partnering for Global Service at FLSmidth since February 2012. In this role, Daniela leads the Leadership Business Partnering function for over 2,000 employees across more than 20 countries, focusing on aligning People and Sustainability strategies with business objectives. Daniela previously held the position of HR Head for South America, ensuring the organization fosters a competent and collaborative workforce while complying with labor regulations. Earlier career roles included HR Manager and HR Consultant at various firms, contributing to talent development and strategic HR initiatives. Daniela holds a diploma in People and Organizational Management and a degree in Psychology from Universidad de los Andes.
