Tímea Kovács-Horváth is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Flowserve Corporation since February 2021. In this role, Tímea collaborates with the leadership team to optimize employee life-cycle processes, focusing on strategic planning, leadership development, and data-driven decision-making, while also contributing to local and global standardization projects. Previously, Tímea held positions as a Human Resources Representative, including a role as a Student Program Coordinator, and as an HR Dual Intern and Economic Development Intern at EDC Debrecen Urban and Economic Development Center. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Business Coaching from the University of Debrecen and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Business Economics and a high school diploma with a focus on French-Hungarian bilingual studies.
