Jason A. Rich, MBA, is an experienced manager with a strong background in engineering and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of the Flowserve Global IOT Monitoring Center, Jason leads a team that actively monitors equipment for nearly 100 customer sites worldwide, providing proactive solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles within Flowserve include managing a project management office for R&D and directing strategies for pump repairs and upgrades. Jason's earlier experience includes business development at Bailey Tool & Manufacturing, account management for Edwards Vacuum, and project engineering at Siemens. A former Division Officer in the US Navy, Jason holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a BS in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
