Stephen Gurden is an experienced information security professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as an Information Security Architect at Florida Virtual School since April 2021, Stephen has also held positions including Security Engineer and Security Administrator within the same organization. Prior to Florida Virtual School, Stephen worked at Reliant Solutions from July 2017 to April 2021, where roles included Security Systems Engineer and Junior Security Systems Engineer, along with experience as a Linux System Administrator. Additional experience includes serving as a Desktop Technical Support Specialist at Quicken Loans and a Senior Advisor at Apple. Stephen began a career in the United States Army Reserve, where responsibilities included maintenance and repair of various equipment as a Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Repairer from January 2010 to January 2016. Early experience also includes working as an Advance Repair Agent at Best Buy.
