Dewis Mercedes, MSCM, is currently the Maintenance Manager of Field Operations at the Florida Department of Transportation District 4. They have a rich background in the construction industry, having served in roles such as Project Support Specialist at CONSOR Engineers and Senior Program Control Specialist at EAC Consulting, Inc. Dewis holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from Florida International University, along with an Associate Arts Degree in Industrial Engineering from Miami Dade College. Their expertise encompasses estimating, design-build management, and fostering subcontractor and client relationships.
