Paola Medina, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Florida Atlantic University since October 2025. Prior to this role, Medina held multiple positions at the Hanley Foundation, including Corporate Director of Organizational Operations, Compliance Director, and Compliance Coordinator from November 2022 to September 2025. Additional experience includes serving as an Online Editor for the STU Law Journal of Complex Litigation at St. Thomas University College of Law and completing various internships, including a Certified Legal Intern position within the City Attorney’s Office in Coral Springs and a Judicial Intern role at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Medina began a career in leadership and mentorship as the Vice President of Recruitment for the Golden Key International Honour Society at the University of Central Florida and as a youth mentor at the Boys & Girls Club. Education credentials include a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
