Cyndi Young has a robust career in financial systems and application development, beginning as a Software Developer at Breuner's Home Furnishing from 2000 to 2004, where Cyndi designed and maintained various application systems. Subsequently, Cyndi served as an Application Developer at Raymour & Flanigan and fortunoff, creating custom applications and reports. In January 2006, Cyndi joined Floor & Decor, advancing through roles such as Senior Director – Financial Change Lead and Senior Director - Application Architect. Currently, Cyndi oversees financial system requests, serves as a liaison between departments, and manages changes to ERP and business intelligence reporting. Cyndi is also a member of multiple review boards aimed at enhancing IT controls and mitigating financial risks. Educational qualifications include a degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
