Scott Way has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as a System Engineer at Sherpa Design since September 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Engineering at Pixelvision, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Additional experience includes a notable tenure as Director of Advanced Development at Flir Systems. Scott Way is now retired as of October 2024.
