Paul Barber is currently the Senior Director of Operations at FLIR Systems, where Paul previously held the position of Director of Operations for the Precision Optics division. Before joining FLIR Systems, Paul worked at II-VI Incorporated for almost two decades, holding various roles including Optical Fabrication Department Manager and Optical Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to that, Paul spent several years at Boeing as a Weapons Integration Engineer and Engineering Estimator. Paul holds a BS in Optics from the University of Rochester and an MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
