Martine Myhrum Sletmoen is an experienced mechanical engineer and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Teledyne FLIR since May 2021 and as Founder & CEO of Skillebekk Surdeig since August 2019. Additionally, Sletmoen has been an R&D Mechanical Engineer at FLIR Systems since January 2017, and previously held engineering roles at Prox Dynamics AS and Technip. Sletmoen's early career includes internships in procurement and journalism, with a strong academic background including a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NMBU and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by an exchange program at the Technical University of Munich.
