Julie Skirvin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Teledyne Digital Imaging US, Inc. since January 2022, Julie has also held the position of Senior Counsel at FLIR Systems since August 2016. Prior roles include Director and Associate General Counsel at Teledyne FLIR, Legal Counsel at Vigor Industrial, and Sr. Director of Government Contracts and Compliance at Oregon Iron Works, Inc., where responsibilities included providing general legal counsel and managing compliance with government procurement regulations. Julie's earlier experience includes roles as Contract Manager at United Streetcar LLC and Deputy District Attorney at Multnomah County. Julie holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law, an MBA from Willamette University, and a BA in Speech Communication from Oregon State University.
