Renee Phillips has a long and varied work experience. Renee began their career in 1989 as a Quality Assurance Manager at Pizza Hut. In 1997, they moved to Excel Corporation, A Division of Cargill Inc. as an Information Technology Manager. In 2004, they joined LSI as a Sr. Manager - Product Test. In 2010, they began working at Via Christi Health as a Knowledge Management, IT Development Manager and Manager, Soarian Project. In 2018, they worked for both Ascension Information Systems (AIS) as a Cerner EHR Manager and NetApp SolidFire as a Software Engineering Manager - Solid Fire. In 2020, they were a Software Engineering Manager and Program Manager at EyeCare Partners. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Flint Hills Group and a Project Manager at Security 1st Title.
Renee Phillips attended Wichita State University from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Renee also attended The University of Kansas from 1979 to 1980, but did not earn a degree. Her field of study was Occupational Therapy.
