Zoe Frazier is the Director of Program Management in the Office of the CEO, where they support the ongoing growth and development of the UPS Forwarding Hub platform. They deliver product enhancements in an agile environment while managing a strategic product roadmap focused on improving customer experience and meeting business objectives. Prior to this, Zoe served as a Senior Revenue Management Strategist at Flexport and worked in various roles at UPS, including Senior Pricing Analyst and Marketing Intern. Zoe holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Marian University Indianapolis.
