Robert Chen is currently the VP of Design Engineering at Flex, a position they have held since 2018. They previously served as the Director of Technical Marketing at JNI Corp. and held various engineering leadership roles at companies such as Jabil and Flextronics from 2012 to 2014, where they managed high-performance design teams and developed execution systems for server and storage products. Robert has extensive experience in engineering and management, with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
