Pratheush Paleri is currently the Operations Head at Flex, overseeing the Engineering and Manufacturing Business Unit. They have extensive experience in operational excellence, having served as the Operational Excellence Head at ELGI Equipments Limited and the Business Excellence Head at Flex from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Global Lean Leader at Flextronics, where they provided strategic consulting to enhance operational and supply chain effectiveness. They earned an MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management and a BTech in Electrical & Electronics from Pondicherry University.
