Jason Papucci currently serves as the Director of Program Management (Operations) at Flex since March 2025. Prior experience includes positions at Husqvarna Group as Assistant General Manager and Sr Plant Engineering Manager from June 2022 to June 2025, and as Plant Manager at 3A Composites Display and Graphic Arts Americas from July 2021 to June 2022. Furthermore, Jason held various roles at Parker Lord from June 2005 to July 2021, including Plant Manager and Plant Engineering Manager, and has experience in new product development and design engineering in the oil and gas sector. Jason earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University, expected in December 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, completed in 2007.
