Damodharan Padmanaban is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in AI and data analytics. Currently serving as the Chief AI Officer at Flatworld Solutions since May 2025, Damodharan has successfully integrated AI technologies aligned with business goals while conducting thorough AI assessments. As a founder and CIO of PositiveNaick since September 2017, and with prior roles including Global Cognitive Head at 3i Infotech Ltd. and Resident Entrepreneur at NuRe FutureTech, Damodharan brings a diverse skill set to the tech industry.
