Dave Schweikert is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Quality at FLANDERS since September 2023. Schweikert has held key positions at SRAM, LLC from 2013 to 2023, including Factory Engineering Manager, Total Quality Manager, and Product Development Quality Engineer, where contributions included team organization and the implementation of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes various engineering and leadership roles at Remy International from 1993 to 2013, where accomplishments featured significant warranty cost reductions and global engineering team management. Earlier in his career, Schweikert worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Design Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
