Greg Chludzinski is currently the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Flagstar Bank, N.A., a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, Greg held multiple positions in legal counsel at First Republic from 2022 to 2023 and gained significant experience at DLA Piper as an Associate from 2008 to 2016. Greg's career also includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Greg earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business in 1997 and attended Brooklyn Law School from 2004 to 2008.
