Spencer Dicken is an experienced event management and sports marketing professional currently serving as an Event Management Intern at Arizona Athletics since February 2024, where responsibilities include assisting with operations for various athletic events. Spencer has held multiple internships focused on marketing and fan engagement, executing gameday promotions and collaborating with coaches and departments for promotional materials. Additional experience includes roles as a Tournament Assistant for Five Tool Baseball and Canyon Crest Academy, managing events and operations, as well as founding Bats4Boys to support military children through baseball equipment donations. Spencer has also served as an Assistant Pitching Coach and worked in financial roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and sports management, supported by ongoing education at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
