Erik John Siquian currently serves as an HRIS Analyst at Five Keys Schools and Programs since September 2023. Previously, Erik was the Human Resources Manager at Rx Transcription & Coding, LLC from April 2019 to August 2023, where leadership was provided for a multi-state HR department within the healthcare sector, successfully adapting to hybrid work models during the COVID-19 pandemic. Before that, Erik held the roles of HR Coordinator and Payroll Administrator at Peppermint Ridge from April 2017 to April 2019, overseeing payroll, benefits, and HRIS functions, and serving as the main contact for vendors. Early in the career, Erik worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Central Adult Day Health Care from September 2013 to April 2017, managing payroll, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Erik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
