David Hohman is an experienced attorney with a specialization in business law, real estate law, contracts, and entity formation, among other areas. Currently, David serves as an attorney at Fitzgerald, Schorr, Barmettler & Brennan, P.C., L.L.O. since 2014, providing legal counsel on business acquisitions, mergers, financing, and intellectual property matters to clients of various sizes. Prior experience includes serving as a partner at Brashear LLP from 2003 to 2014 and at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP from 1994 to 2003.
