Pennington is the owner and CEO of Anytime Fitness, overseeing 20 clubs across the Midwest and Northeast as part of the world's largest gym franchise. Pennington completed four successful club exits. Pennington previously founded Awoken Design and served as Creative Lead (2008-2011), owned UD+M as an Interactive Brand Consultant (2010-2011), and worked as a Senior UI Designer at redpepper (2012-2014) and as a User Experience Designer at InVisionApp (2012-2013), as well as an Independent Consultant (2012-2017) focusing on UI/UX. Pennington also served as VP of Publicity at Olivet Nazarene University (2009-2010). Pennington earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Graphics with a Minor in Marketing from Olivet Nazarene University (2007-2011).
