Shanthi Dalfina Thangaraj has extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Director at Fitch Ratings since January 2001, with prior roles including Associate Director, Project Leader, and Lead Java Developer. Prior to joining Fitch Ratings, Shanthi worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Thomson BankWatch Inc. from January 1997 to December 2000. Academic experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant at L'Universite de Lyon and Research Assistant at INSA Lyon, as well as a Lecturer at IRTT. Shanthi began a career in telecommunications as a Junior Telecom Officer at Indian Telephone Industries Limited. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Applied Electronics from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
