Eric Delgado is an experienced senior leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for Merchant Security and Fraud Solutions at Fiserv. From 1991 to 2001, they managed regional operations for NCR Corporation, overseeing multiple item processing centers and a significant client base in Florida. During their tenure at Fiserv from 2001 to 2008, they held various management positions, driving operational excellence and business development across the Caribbean and Latin America. Eric also emphasizes standardization and best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and client satisfaction. They are pursuing further education at Florida International University.
