Kirsten Lawrence is the Head of Talent Management at FirstPoint USA, where they currently oversee talent development. With extensive experience in the US college sports industry, Kirsten previously served as an Athletic Academic Advisor and Interim Assistant Athletic Director at Loyola University Chicago. They hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Campbell University and have also coached women's soccer at various institutions. Additionally, Kirsten has taught courses on the globalization of sport at Loyola University Chicago.
