Anika Calloway is an experienced in-house compliance attorney currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at FirstKey Homes. They previously held the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Deputy Director of Compliance at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Anika's extensive career includes roles as General Counsel at BCforward, Corporate Counsel at Simon Property Group, and Senior Director at Equifax, where they focused on compliance, legal counsel, and complex negotiations. Anika began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals after earning a BA in Economics from Spelman College and a JD from Tulane University Law School.
