Mary Bean is the Senior Vice President of Environmental Services at FCS, where they have directed professional services statewide since 2012. With over 26 years of experience in environmental planning, Bean has managed CEQA and NEPA document preparation for more than 450 projects, significantly expanding FCS's agency portfolio in California. They previously held positions as Senior Project Manager at Michael Brandman Associates and Planner at Santa Barbara County and Gordon Johnston Associates. Bean earned a BA in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara in 1988 and is passionate about nurturing the next generation of environmental leaders while enjoying outdoor activities in their spare time.
