Carter Goldstein is an experienced funding and grants administrator with a strong background in managing multi-million dollar federal grant awards. Currently serving as a Funding Administrator at First Steps Kent since January 2025, Carter previously held roles including Grants and Contracts Administrator at Early Childhood Investment Corporation, where responsibilities included oversight of budgets and compliance for various programs. Carter's experience extends to positions such as Grants Program Manager at Michigan Fitness Foundation, focusing on federal grant management and team supervision, as well as program coordination at It's Time Texas. An educator by training, Carter gained valuable skills in data reporting and stakeholder collaboration through teaching roles at Grandville and Jenison Public Schools. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Michigan State University.
