Sean Anthonisz, PhD, CAIA, currently serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager for Total Portfolio at Aware Super since July 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of Head of Investment Strategy and Senior Quantitative Analyst in Asset Allocation at Mine Super from February 2017 to July 2023. Sean also contributed to The University of Sydney Business School from July 2015 to December 2022 as a Resident Practitioner in Finance and Co-Head of Discipline in Finance. Sean earned a PhD in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Sydney, as well as additional education from The Australian National University.
