Sally Collins is an accomplished C-suite financial services executive with over twenty-five years of experience in senior leadership roles across global and Australian companies. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Aware Super, Sally previously held significant positions, including Chief Financial Officer at HESTA and Chief Operating Officer at the Victorian Funds Management Corporation. An alumnus of INSEAD and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Sally has demonstrated expertise in financial management, transformational change, and technology strategy. Additionally, Sally served as the Chair of the Board for Autism Awareness Australia and has held various leadership roles at the National Australia Bank and Colonial First State.
