Stan Stapleton is the Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Port City Bank, where they are currently leading initiatives in financial services. Prior to this role, Stan served as Vice President of Commercial Banking at First Federal Bank from 2018 to 2025 and held various positions at SunTrust Bank, including AVP and Licensed Branch Manager from 2006 to 2011, and Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager from 2011 to 2013. Stan also contributed as a Vice President in Small Business Banking at Bank of America from 2013 to 2018, after starting their career as a Senior Project Manager at Franklin Templeton Investments from 1995 to 2005. Stan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida from 1989 to 1992.
