Silvia Wong is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in credit governance and lending. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Credit Governance and Adjudication at First Nations Bank of Canada since December 2025, Silvia previously held key positions at Innovation Federal Credit Union, including Senior Director of Specialized Lending and Senior Diversified Banking Specialist.
