Andrea White, MAI, currently serves as the Vice President of Underwriting at First National Realty Partners, a position they stepped into in 2023 after joining the firm as the Director of Underwriting in 2022. With a robust background in real estate, Andrea previously held roles such as Director of Acquisitions at RealOp Investments and Senior Real Estate Analyst at Bayview Asset Management. Andrea began their career in real estate in 2006 as a trainee appraiser at John Bosworth & Associates, LLC, eventually becoming a Certified General Appraiser and later working as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to their real estate journey, Andrea managed financial strategies for prominent retail companies, including Family Dollar and Gap, Inc. Presently, Andrea is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Arizona State University and an MBA in International Finance from San Francisco State University.
