Jon Graves, MBA, APRP, is currently the VP - Managing Director of Deposit Operations at First Merchants Corporation, a position held since 2026. Previously, they served as VP - Director of Deposit Operations within the same company from 2011 to 2012, overseeing a wide range of operations including dollar clearing and exception management. Jon earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Anderson University between 2014 and 2016, following a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Ball State University from 2007 to 2012.
