Anil Das-Gupta has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Anil is currently the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of First Light Games Ltd, a company focused on creating high-quality games for the Web3 generation. Anil is also a Podcaster at Naavik since 2022. In the past, Anil has worked as an Author and Partner at Deconstructor of Fun, a Director of Product and Product Owner at Wargaming, and a Lead Designer and Product Lead at NaturalMotion. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Producer and Game Designer at Mind Candy and GREE UK, and as a Lead Developer, Senior Developer, and Developer at Capcom / Beeline Interactive Europe. Anil began their career as a Junior Programmer at Kuju Entertainment and a QA Tester at Sports Interactive (SI).
Anil Das-Gupta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University from 2002 to 2005.
