Julie Carr, MBA, serves as the Treasurer at First Housing Development Corporation and has been with the company since January 2001 as the Controller. Julie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University. Julie is also a CPA candidate with a background in computer applications and credits towards a secondary teaching certification. Julie attended Charlotte Amalie High School and the University of the Virgin Islands for their education.
