Leanne Molloy is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at First Derivative since October 2023, Leanne has previously held positions at FD Technologies, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and roles in business operations and talent acquisition. Leanne began her career in HR as a Business Operations Specialist and Learning and Development Specialist at FD Technologies, and also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Arvato SCM Ireland and as an HR Specialist at UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Leanne holds a BSc Honours degree in Public Relations from Ulster University and completed A-Levels in Theatre Studies, Religion, and Sociology at Sacred Heart Grammar School.
