Andy Campbell is currently the Associate Director and Head of Compensation & Benefits at First Derivative. They have a background in pension management and consultancy, having served as an EMEA Pension Manager at Citi and a Pension and Benefits Manager for Primark. Andy also held positions at PwC UK as a Senior Associate and at Mercer as a Trainee Actuary. They earned a first-class BSc in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
