Luis R. Soto is the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, where they lead the formulation and advancement of the organization's strategic initiatives. They previously held various roles in marketing and management, including positions at Vantage West Credit Union, where they spearheaded a successful rebranding strategy, and TerraCycle, where they launched operations in Mexico. As a co-founder of Enbidia, they introduced a leading business model to the Mexican market, achieving significant sales success. Luis also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and is pursuing a degree at Penn State University.
