Phillip Strickland is currently the Executive Director of Trust & Fiduciary Services and Senior Vice President, having held various leadership positions in the financial sector. Previously, they served as Vice President at Cape Fear Farm Credit from 2010 to 2014 and as Relationship Manager at First Citizens Bank from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they have been an Adjunct Professor at Campbell University since 2012. Phillip earned a Master of Trust and Wealth Management in 2015 and holds an MBA from Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, completed in 2006.
