Haley Jones is an HR Governance and People Operations Strategist currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at First Citizens Bank. With over a decade of experience spanning HR Operations, Talent Development, and Learning Strategy, Haley has successfully implemented people programs that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Most recently, they played a key role in the merger of Silicon Valley Bank and First Citizens Bank, overseeing learning and talent initiatives impacting more than 17,000 employees. Haley holds a Master's Degree in International Finance and Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences from Arizona State University.
