Norma Carrillo is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at First Baptist Medical Center since February 2021, Norma has previously held positions including Manager of Supply Chain and Materials Coordinator at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Purchasing Agent at PSN Affiliates and as Course Materials Manager at Follett Higher Education, where administration of a $3M store's operations was a key responsibility. Norma's background also features a tenure as Operations Manager at UT Southwestern Medical Center, overseeing supply chain activities for university hospitals and clinics. Early career experience includes serving as Sr. On-Site Service Specialist for IKON Office Solutions at McKesson Corporation, where cost-saving strategies were implemented. Norma holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and an Associate of Science in Business Study from Dallas College.
