Ishaan Gandhi is a seasoned customer relations professional with extensive experience in various customer service roles. Currently, Ishaan serves as a Customer Relations Specialist at Firmoo, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Ishaan worked as a Customer Support Executive at TeamWhale for almost a year, and as a Front Desk Supervisor at Hotel De Crown for two and a half years. Ishaan's career began at Vodafone, transitioning to airtel, where responsibilities included customer service and relationship management.
